Meet the Artist
Henna has been a passion for me since my childhood. I was born in middle class family. Since childhood I have been interested in drawing and painting. I was fascinated by the most involved, detailed, and precisely drawn mehndi designs. Slowly this has turned into my passion.
Several years later, when I moved to Arizona, my lovely friend asked me to apply henna in an event, giving me the confidence to try this ‘henna thing’ professionally… and there after I gave my best on every occasion / event I attended.
Over the past 11 years, the art of mehndi has been a beautiful therapeutic journey for me. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new faces and creating new designs each time I meet a client. I consider each client to be a blessing and a huge part of my success. It gives me lots of happiness by serving different people. Happiness on my client’s face makes me happy. I am experienced with both traditional and modern henna styles.
I have provided henna services for numerous parties and weddings, events of all sizes, corporate events, private appointments, and much more!
As a henna artist, I have been creative with a keen eye for design and the ability to create intricate and beautiful patterns using henna paste. Henna designs require precision and attention to detail. I can execute complex designs with accuracy and consistency for long hours. Applying henna can be a time-consuming process, and I have the patience to work on a design for several hours if needed. Henna has a rich cultural history and significance, and I have great knowledge and respect of its cultural context when applying henna to clients. Sometime my clients may have specific design requests. In such cases, I can adapt techniques to accommodate different situations.
I use fresh natural henna powder, mix it with essential oils and water. I always offer my own Henna paste and designs. I make beautiful traditional and contemporary art to adorn the body art.
I want my customers to have a truly relaxing experience while they get a design. As we live in a fast world, taking time for yourself and staying still is one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself.
